The estimated price above does not include processing fees (you will pay First Choice Meats directly). Please budget an additional $700 for processing fee (subject to change).

If you would like a partial beef (1/4 or 1/2), divide the prices as applicable.

If you would like to order a beef, contact us and we will let you know the current price and schedule a processing appointment at First Choice Meats in Herington KS in late fall.
​
To keep your scheduled appointment, payment via check or online payment link (we will provide this to you) will need to be made by September 1 of the current year. Any cancellations can be refunded one week prior to the processing appointment for a 5% cancellation fee.​
